The birth of a child is a life-changing experience. It brings new joys and new challenges, including the joy of watching your child grow and the challenge of keeping them healthy. Luckily, you don’t have to face this challenge on your own. A pediatrician from Advocare Haddon Pediatric Group can help you with all of your questions and concerns regarding your child’s well-being.
We have offices in 2 convenient locations in Haddon Heights and Mullica Hill. Our pediatricians also provide our services to patients in Cherry Hill, Voorhees, Moorestown, Washington Township, West Deptford and the surrounding areas in Camden and Gloucester County. If you are in these or any of the surrounding cities, let our compassionate, experienced pediatricians take care of your child’s health needs.
Our board-certified pediatricians offer comprehensive pediatric services that cover infancy to adulthood. When your baby is born, one of our pediatricians will come to Virtua Voorhees hospital to give your baby her first check-up. One of our physicians will be at the hospital each day to examine your baby and answer all of your questions.
Once you’re back home, our pediatricians or pediatric nurse practitioners will see your infant frequently for checkups over his first three years. At these first visits, the doctor or nurse practitioner will review all of your questions, discuss necessary immunizations, monitor your baby’s growth and examine her from head to toe.
As your child gets older, we’ll see him annually for check-ups. The pediatrician will still monitor your child’s growth, conduct a full exam, and recommend important immunizations. We’ll also help you navigate common pediatric problems, such as school issues or sports injuries.
In between your annual check-ups, we have appointment slots available every day for illnesses. Whether it’s a new fever, a rash, ear pain, or any other concern, one of our pediatricians or pediatric nurse practitioners are available.
Our general pediatricians work closely with the Pediatric Emergency Department and Pediatric Inpatient Team at Virtua Voorhees Hospital. Those units are both staffed by Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) at Virtua physicians. Our physicians can facilitate visits to the pediatric emergency department as well as direct admissions to the inpatient unit. When your child is ready to be discharged home, our physicians are able to work with the emergency and hospital physicians to assure continuity of care from the hospital to the outpatient setting.
We also regularly communicate with pediatric specialists at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Nemours Alfred I. Dupont Hospital for Children, St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, and Cooper University Hospital to help maintain continuity of care for children admitted to and discharged from their hospitals.
At Advocare Haddon Pediatric Group, all of our pediatricians have one thing in common: we are passionate about what we do. We care about your child’s health, and we will do everything we can to make sure your child receives the best healthcare possible. Whether you are in Deptford, NJ, or Washington, NJ, come experience the quality and compassion of our services for yourself.
