Dr. Mikeis a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In 1980 he received his bachelor's degree in biology from Lafayette College. He earned his doctorate in medicine from Jefferson Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and stayed in the city to complete his pediatrics residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. Dr. Schlitt joined Advocare Haddon Pediatric Group in 1990. He also serves on the Executive Council of Advocare, LLC. He is married, has four children, and is an avid marathon runner.
