Varicella Vaccine
Disease: Chickenpox
Age Recommended: 12–15 months; 4–6 years (booster)
DTaP and Tdap Vaccines
Disease: Diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus
Age Recommended: 2 months; 4 months; 6 months; 15–18 months; 4–6 years (booster); 11–12 years (Tdap)
Hib Vaccine
Disease: Hib (Haemophilus influenzae type b)
Age Recommended: 2 months; 4 months; 6 months; 12–15 months
HepA Vaccine
Disease: Hepatitis A
Age Recommended: 12–23 months (two doses six months apart)
