Starting on the day she is born, we will visit your baby in the hospital every day. When you go home, we will schedule frequent appointments for such important infant healthcare services as vaccinations and growth monitoring.
At the age of three, we will transition your toddler to annual well-child visits. We have appointment times available every day for sick visits, including fevers, rashes, and other common childhood ailments. Camp and sports physicals are also available, along with other specialized services such as consultations for complex medical or behavioral issues.
If your child is hospitalized, we will work hard to promote continuity of care. We work hand in hand with hospital doctors and staff, along with specialists. We will provide follow-up care as required after discharge. Hospitals with which we are affiliated include:
Dr. Ludwig Schlitt has been a strong voice in guiding the practice since 1960. He is now retired from active patient care, but he remains the backbone of our team in an administrative capacity. Our practice now features three pediatricians from the next generation of the Schlitts, as well as two additional highly skilled pediatricians, four excellent nurse practitioners, and a compassionate and experienced support team.
