We will see your new baby every day in the hospital, starting on the day he is born. After you go home, we will schedule frequent appointments for crucial infant healthcare services such as growth monitoring and immunizations.
When she turns three, we will transition your child to annual well-child visits. Appointment times are open every day for sick visits, such as rashes, fevers, and other common childhood illnesses. We also offer camp and sports physicals and other specialized services, including consultations for complex medical or behavioral issues.
If your child goes into the hospital, we will work hard to ensure continuity of care. We work closely with hospital doctors and staff, as well as whatever specialists may be needed. We will provide follow-up care as needed after discharge. Hospitals with which we are affiliated include:
Dr. Ludwig Schlitt joined the practice in 1960, and he has been a strong guiding force for the company ever since. Although he has retired from active patient care, Dr. Schlitt remains the backbone of our team in an administrative role. We now have three pediatricians from the next generation of the Schlitt family, along with two additional highly skilled pediatricians, four wonderful nurse practitioners, and a compassionate, experienced support team.
